Common use of Entire Agreement and Order of Precedence Clause in Contracts

Entire Agreement and Order of Precedence. This Agreement constitutes the full and complete agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes any previous or contemporaneous agreements or communications, whether written or verbal, relating to such subject matter.
