ENTIRE AGREEMENT AND UNDERSTANDING. The terms and provisions contained herein shall constitute the entire agreement between the Parties with respect to Executive’s employment with Employer during the time period covered by this Agreement. The Parties represent and warrant that they have read and understood each and every provision of this Agreement, and that they are free to obtain advice from legal counsel of choice, if necessary and desired, in order to interpret any and all provisions of this Agreement, and that both Parties have voluntarily entered into this Agreement.
