Entire Agreement; Modification This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties relative to the subject matter hereof, and supersedes all proposals, written or oral, and all other communications between the parties relating to the subject matter of this Agreement. This Agreement may be modified, amended or rescinded only by a written agreement executed by both parties.
Entire Agreement; Integration This Agreement supersedes all prior agreements between or among any of the parties hereto with respect to the subject matter contained herein and therein, and such agreements embody the entire understanding among the parties relating to such subject matter.

No supplement, modification, or amendment of this Agreement will be binding unless executed in writing by all the parties or the applicable parties to be bound by such amendment. No waiver of any of the provisions of this Agreement will constitute a waiver of any other provision, whether or not similar, nor will any waiver constitute a continuing waiver. No waiver will be binding unless executed in writing by the party making the waiver.
ENTIRE AGREEMENT AND MODIFICATIONS This Agreement along with its Annexes contains the entire understanding between the Parties with respect to the subject matter covered herein. It supersedes all prior understandings between the Parties with respect to the subject matter hereof. Subject to any new regulations/orders stipulated by the TRAI/MIB or any order of a court/tribunal of appropriate jurisdiction, any modification, variation, alteration and amendment of the provisions of the Agreement shall be mutually agreed in writing and executed by and on behalf of the Parties.
Entire Agreement, Waiver or Modification This Agreement contains the entire understanding between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof, and may not be altered, varied, revised or amended, except by an instrument in writing signed by the parties subsequent to the date of this Agreement.
