Entire Agreement: Modifications and Amendments. This Agreement (including, but not limited to, Schedule I attached hereto) and any other agreements executed and delivered by the parties contemporaneously herewith constitute the entire agreement between the parties concerning the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings both oral or written, between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof. Except to the limited extent provided herein, no provision of this Agreement may be amended or waived unless such amendment or waiver is agreed to in writing and signed by the parties to this Agreement.
