Office, Equipment and Assistance. The Company shall provide for the Executive all facilities, equipment and services suitable to his position and adequate for the performance of his duties. The Executive will be required to perform the services and duties described in Section 1 primarily at the Denver location of the Company.

  • Cooperation and Assistance (i) The Parties shall cooperate with each other in the filing of any Tax Returns and the conduct of any audit or other proceeding.
