Common use of Entire Agreement; Modifications; Waiver Clause in Contracts

Entire Agreement; Modifications; Waiver. This Agreement and the agreements contemplated hereunder supersede any and all agreements heretofore made, written or oral, relating to the subject matter hereof, and constitute the entire agreement of the parties relating to the subject matter hereof. This Agreement may be amended only by an instrument in writing signed by Purchaser and Seller. Inspection of documents or the receipt of information pursuant to this Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of any representation, warranty, covenant or condition hereunder. No waiver shall be binding unless executed in writing by the party making such waiver.

No waiver shall be binding unless executed in writing by the party making such waiver.
