Common use of Entire Agreement; Severability; Amendments Clause in Contracts

Entire Agreement; Severability; Amendments. These Contract Documents incorporate and include all prior negotiations, correspondence, conversations, agreements, and understandings applicable to the matters contained herein and the parties agree that there are no commitments, agreements or understanding concerning the subject matter of this Contract that are not contained in the Contract Documents. Accordingly, the parties agree that no deviation from the terms hereof shall be predicated upon any prior representations or agreements, whether oral or written. It is further agreed that no modification, amendment or alteration in the terms or conditions contained herein shall be effective unless contained in a written document in accordance with Article 4. In the event any provision of the Contract Documents shall be found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable, the remainder of this Contract shall not be affected thereby and each remaining provision, term, covenant or condition of the Contract Documents shall continue to be effective.
