W xxxxxx Notice. Independent Contractor shall deliver written notice of his or her intent to sever/terminate this Agreement to the Designated Broker, in writing (email will suffice), PRIOR to severing his or her license. Failure to provide written notice as required, WILL result in a $250.00 Penalty. This fee will be charged to the card on file. If the card on file declines, Independent Contractor agrees to pay this fine directly to the Company, with a $25.00 processing fee for the declination.
