Common use of Entire Agreement; Survival; Governing Law Clause in Contracts

Entire Agreement; Survival; Governing Law. This Agreement, the Exhibits hereto and any subsequent amendments of the foregoing embody the entire understanding between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof, and supersedes all prior negotiations and agreements between the parties relating to the subject matter hereof. The provisions of Sections 6 through 21, inclusive, shall survive any termination of this Agreement. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed and interpreted according to the internal laws of the State of Indiana, without reference to conflict of law principles.
