The continued use of COL's services following receipt of notice will constitute the Client’s acceptance of the amendments. Entire Agreement, Waiver, and Amendments. This instrument contains the entire understanding of the parties hereto with regard to the subject matter contained herein, and supersedes all prior agreements, understandings or intents. Each party expressly disclaims any representations, promises or warranties, by whomever made, except as continued herein. No amendment or modification of this Agreement shall be binding on either party unless in writing and signed by an authorized officer of such party. The provisions of this Agreement shall prevail in the event of any conflict between this Agreement and the terms and conditions of sale printed on any order, invoice, acknowledgment or similar sales document.
