Common use of Entire and Binding Agreement Clause in Contracts

Entire and Binding Agreement. This Lease Agreement contains all the agreements between the parties hereto. The terms, covenants and conditions contained herein shall inure to the benefit of and be binding upon COUNTY and LANDLORD and their respective successors and assigns, except as may be otherwise expressly provided in this Lease Agreement.
