ENTIRE CONVEYANCE DEED. This Conveyance Deed, along with its schedules, constitutes the entire understanding/ contract between the Parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all previous understanding, documents, communications, discussions, arrangements whether written or oral, negotiations held between the Parties (including but not limited to Application, Allotment Letter and the Agreement For Sell) and there are no promises or assurances or representations, oral or written, express or implied, of the Promoters, other than those contained in this Conveyance Deed.
