Entire MOU. This written MOU along with attached exhibits and the documents and terms incorporated herein by section 23 of this MOU, represents the entire MOU between the parties.
Entire MOU. This MOU constitutes the entire agreement between the Parties with respect to the subject matter contained herein and supersedes all agreements, representations and understandings of the Parties with respect to such subject matter made or entered into prior to the date of this MOU.
Entire MOU. This MOU constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the specific matters contained herein and supersedes all previous discussions, understandings, and agreements. Any amendments or waivers of the provisions herein shall be made by the parties in writing.
Entire MOU. This MOU constitutes the entire MOU of the parties hereto and supersedes any prior understandings or written or oral communications between the parties respecting the subject matter hereof.
Entire MOU. This MOU constitutes the entire understanding between the parties hereto regarding the subject matter of this MOU. This MOU may be modified, amended, altered or changed only upon the prior written approval of both parties to the MOU.
Entire MOU. The Parties recognize and agree that no Party has made or authorized any understanding beyond that expressly set forth in the MOU, and no oral representation, promise, or consideration different from the terms herein contained shall be binding on either Party, or its agents or employees, hereto. This MOU embodies the entire agreement between the Parties referring to the subject matter between the Parties hereto and there are no promises, terms, conditions, or obligations referring to the subject matter whereof than as contained herein.
Entire MOU. This MOU and any documents incorporated specifically by reference represent the entire agreement between the Parties and supersede all prior oral or written statements or agreements between the Parties.
Entire MOU. 20.1 This MOU sets forth the full and entire understanding of the District and the Union regarding the matters contained herein. Any other prior existing understanding or agreement by the District and the Union, whether formal or informal, regarding such matters is hereby superseded. Except as provided in this MOU, it is agreed and understood that each party to this Agreement voluntarily waives its right to negotiate with respect to any matter raised in negotiations or covered by this MOU for the duration of the MOU.
Entire MOU. This MOU constitutes the entire understanding between the parties with respect to the subject matter of this MOU and supersedes all prior MOU’s negotiations and discussions between the parties relating to it.
Entire MOU. This MoU, constitutes the entire understanding and contract between the parties and supersedes any and all prior and contemporaneous, oral or written representations, communications, understandings, and MoUs between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof. The parties acknowledge and agree that neither of the parties is entering into this MoU on the basis of any representations or promises not expressly contained herein.
