CONTRACT BETWEEN THE PARTIES Clause Samples

It typically outlines that both parties have agreed to the terms and conditions set forth in the document, and may specify the effective date and the identities of the parties. This clause serves to confirm mutual consent and the legal enforceability of the contract, ensuring that both sides are clearly recognized as bound by the agreement and its obligations.
