Common use of Entire Premises Clause in Contracts

Entire Premises. Should title or possession of the whole of the Premises or the Building be taken by duly constituted authority in condemnation proceedings under the exercise of the right of eminent domain, or should a partial taking render the remaining portion of the Premises wholly unacceptable for occupation, then this Lease shall terminate upon the vesting of title or taking of possession.
