Entire T&C. This T&C, when fully executed by the Parties, along with any attached schedules or exhibits or Our referenced Invoice(s), which are incorporated by reference and made an integral part of the T&C, constitute the entire agreement between the Parties. No agreements, representations, or warranties other than those specifically set forth in this T&C or in the attached schedules are binding on any of the Parties unless set forth in writing and signed by both Parties.
