Entire Termination Payment. The compensation provided for in this Article 3 shall constitute Xx. Xxxxxx’x sole remedy for termination or breach of this Agreement. In no event shall Xx. Xxxxxx receive severance pay, benefits continuation, vesting acceleration or any other compensation or consideration upon termination under more than one subsection of this Agreement.
