Common use of Entirety Clause Clause in Contracts

Entirety Clause. This written agreement, as well as any Memorandum of Understanding signed by both parties, constitutes the entire agreement between the College and the Union and supersedes and replaces any and all agreements, whether written or oral, or express or implied, between and concerning the College and the Union. To the extent, however, that this agreement does not address a particular matter or issue, the written policies and procedures in effect at the College,including those contained in the most current College Handbook shall govern.
