Entirety: No Binding Effect Prior To Execution. This Agreement and any exhibits attached hereto contain the entire agreement between the parties as to the matters contained herein. Any oral representations or oral modifications concerning this Agreement shall be of no force and effect. Notwithstanding legislative approval, any representations to the contrary, or other facts, the parties are not bound to the provisions of this Agreement prior to full and final execution of this document by all parties.
