Entirety of Agreement; Amendments. This Agreement, including the Rules, which are expressly made a part hereof for all purposes, constitutes the entire agreement and understanding between the Parties with regard to the interconnection of the Facilities. No amendments or modifications to this Agreement shall be effective unless in writing and signed by the Parties hereto.
Entirety of Agreement; Amendments. This Agreement (including the Schedules and Exhibits hereto), the Related Agreements and the other documents and instruments specifically provided for in this Agreement contain the entire understanding between the parties concerning the subject matter of this Agreement and such other documents and instruments and, except as expressly provided for herein, supersede all prior understandings and agreements, whether oral or written, between them with respect to the subject matter hereof and thereof. There are no representations, warranties, agreements, arrangements or understandings, oral or written, between the parties hereto relating to the subject matter of this Agreement and such other documents and instruments which are not fully expressed herein or therein. This Agreement may be amended or modified only by an agreement in writing signed by each of the parties hereto. All Exhibits and Schedules attached to or delivered in connection with this Agreement are integral parts of this Agreement as if fully set forth herein, and all statements appearing therein relating to representations and warranties shall be deemed disclosed for all purposes and not only in connection with the specific provision in which they are explicitly referenced.

There are no representations, warranties, agreements, arrangements or understandings, oral or written, between the Parties relating to the subject matter of this Agreement and the Closing Agreements which are not fully expressed herein or therein. All Appendices, Exhibits and Schedules attached to or delivered in connection with this Agreement are integral parts of this Agreement as if fully set forth herein.

Entirety of Agreement; Amendments. This Agreement constitutes the entirety of the understanding and agreements between THE PEOPLES CHANNEL and the Town regarding public access. This Agreement may be amended only in writing and by mutual consent.
Entirety of Agreement; Amendments. The parties agree that this Agreement, together with any attached exhibits, sets forth the entire agreement between the parties, and that there are not promises or understandings other than those stated herein. None of the provisions, terms, or obligations in the Agreement may be added to, modified, superseded, or otherwise altered, except by written instrument executed by the parties hereto.

This Agreement (including the Schedules and Exhibits hereto) and the other documents and instruments specifically provided for in this Agreement constitute the entire agreement between the parties concerning the subject matter of this Agreement and no amendment, alteration or modification of this Agreement shall be valid unless in each instance such amendment, alteration, or modification is expressed in a written instrument duly executed by each of the parties hereto.
Entirety of Agreement; Amendments. 11.1 This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties hereto, and supersedes all prior negotiations, understandings and agreements between them with respect to the subject matter hereof.
11.2 The provisions of this Agreement may be waived, supplemented, altered, amended, or modified only by an instrument in writing signed by both of the parties hereto.

There are no representations, warranties, agreements, arrangements or understandings, oral or written, between or among the parties hereto relating to the subject matter of this Agreement, the Related Agreements, and such other documents and instruments which are not fully expressed herein or therein, and there are no conditions precedent to the effectiveness of this Agreement. This Agreement may be amended, supplemented, or modified only by an agreement in writing signed by each of the parties hereto. All Exhibits and Schedules attached to or delivered in connection with this Agreement are integral parts of this Agreement as if fully set forth herein.
