Appendices and Exhibits. Except as otherwise provided in this Agreement, all exhibits and appendices referred to herein are intended to be and hereby are specifically made a part of this Agreement.
Appendices and Exhibits. The Appendices attached hereto, and those Appendices and Exhibits subsequently attached hereto from time to time by a seventy-five percent (75%) vote of the Governing Board, shall be considered to be a part of this Agreement and binding upon all parties.
