Entitlement Details a. The subscription fee for IBM Digital Analytics includes the following: (1) An appropriate number of Client IDs in order to meet your web analytics needs, based on IBM’s assessment. If necessary, this includes from 1-50 Client IDs at no charge to you. Any additional Client IDs beyond 50 are subject to an additional fee. (a) If you have an IBM Digital Analytics subscription identified in your Order Document as D0MHQLL, this includes from 1-50 Clients IDs at no charge to you. Additional Client IDs beyond 50 are subject to an additional fee. (b) If you have an IBM Digital Analytics subscription identified in your Order Document as D15FSLL, this includes from 1-10 Clients IDs at no charge to you. The 10 Client IDs can be individual stand-alone IDs; or, in a multi-site environment, the 10 Client IDs can be a combination of global parent IDs and child IDs (where child IDs roll-up to a parent ID for aggregate reporting). Additional Client IDs beyond 10 are subject to an additional fee. If you request to change from a standalone to a multi-site environment, you have the option to start fresh or have your data migrated. Scheduling of data migrations will be subject to availability. (2) IBM Digital Analytics Explore, includes Fifty (50) Explore full reports per month and Fifty (50) Explore sampled reports per month. (3) Ten (10) report segments per Client ID. (4) Four (4) marketing attribution windows per Client ID. (5) Twenty-five (25) TruePath Funnels. IBM may provide to you an appropriate number of additional TruePath Funnels up to a total of Fifty (50) per Client ID, based on our assessment of your needs. (6) IBM Digital Analytics Benchmark, per Client ID. (7) IBM Digital Analytics Digital Data Exchange, per Client ID. (8) IBM Digital Analytics Report Module for IBM WebSphere Commerce, per Client ID. (9) IBM Digital Analytics Monitor, per Client ID.

Standard enablement of up to five (5) hours of remotely delivered implementation services for your initial onboarding to IBM Digital Data Exchange. Services expire 90 days from date you are notified by IBM that their access to the Cloud Service is available regardless of whether all hours have been used.

  • Basic entitlement 7.4.2(a) After twelve months continuous service, parents are entitled to a combined total of 52 weeks unpaid parental leave on a shared basis in relation to the birth or adoption of their child. For females, maternity leave may be taken and for males, paternity leave may be taken. Adoption leave may be taken in the case of adoption.

  • Entitlement to Benefits Notwithstanding the other provisions of this Agreement, a benefit under this Agreement shall not be granted in respect of an item of income if it is reasonable to conclude, having regard to all relevant facts and circumstances, that obtaining that benefit was one of the principal purposes of any arrangement or transaction that resulted directly or indirectly in that benefit, unless it is established that granting that benefit in these circumstances would be in accordance with the object and purpose of the relevant provisions of this Agreement.

  • Overtime Entitlement (a) An employee will be entitled to compensation for authorized overtime in excess of: (1) the scheduled daily hours; or (2) the maximum daily hours for those employees on flextime; or (3) the agreed averaging period. (b) For the purposes of calculating the hourly rate for overtime, an employee's biweekly rate shall be divided by 70. (c) Overtime shall be compensated in 30-minute increments; however, employees shall not be entitled to any compensation for periods of overtime of less than five minutes per day.

  • Payment Information The Authority shall issue a purchase order to the Contractor prior to commencement of the Service.

  • Additional Benefits/Card Enhancements The Credit Union may from time to time offer additional services to your account, such as travel accident insurance, at no additional cost to you. You understand that the Credit Union is not obligated to offer such services and may withdraw or change them at any time.
