Overtime Entitlement. An employee will be entitled to compensation for authorized overtime after six (6) hours of work on a regular scheduled workday, and for all work on a scheduled day of rest.
Overtime Entitlement. (a) An employee will be entitled to compensation for authorized overtime in excess of:
(1) the scheduled daily hours; or
(2) the maximum daily hours for those employees on flextime; or
(3) the agreed averaging period.

(d) An employee shall be entitled to overtime compensation after thirty-five (35) hours in any regular workweek, seven (7) hours in any regular workday, or the agreed upon number of hours for a modified work period.

Overtime Entitlement. An employee who is required to work overtime shall be entitled to overtime compensation when the overtime work is authorized in advance. Due to the nature of work performed, employees may have to work overtime and get approval later. In this case, the overtime work must be reported as and when required by the Employer and overtime that is reasonable in the circumstance shall be approved. Overtime shall be calculated in 15 minute increments. Employees shall not be entitled to any compensation for periods of overtime of less than 10 minutes in any 15 minute increment.
Overtime Entitlement. (a) A full-time employee will be entitled to compensation for authorized overtime in excess of scheduled daily, weekly, monthly, annual, or other hours of work as specified in the Component Agreements at the applicable overtime rates.
(b) An employee who works less than the normal full-time hours of work shall be entitled to compensation for authorized overtime for hours worked in excess of the normal full-time daily, weekly, monthly, annual or other hours of work as specified in the Component Agreements at the applicable overtime rates. For hours worked up to and including the normal full-time daily, weekly, monthly, annual or other hours of work as specified in the Component Agreements the employee shall be paid at the rate of straight time.
(c) Overtime worked shall be compensated at the following rates:
(1) Time and one-half for the first two hours of overtime on a regularly scheduled work day;
(2) Double-time for hours worked in excess of (1);
(3) Double-time for all hours worked on a day of rest. The compensation of overtime in (1) and (2) is to be on a daily basis and not cumulative.
(d) For the purposes of calculating the hourly rate, an employee's bi-weekly rate shall be divided by 70.
(e) Overtime shall be calculated in 30 minute increments. An employee working five minutes or less of overtime shall not receive overtime compensation, unless such is a regular occurrence.
