Entitlement to Certificates. 10 (1) Every person whose name is entered as a member in the Register of members shall be entitled free of charge to one certificate specifying the share or the shares registered in his or her name and the amount paid up thereon, or if he or she so desires, to several certificates in reasonable denominations. 10 (2) In respect of a share or shares held jointly by several persons, the Company shall not be bound to issue more than one certificate and delivery of a certificate for a share to one of several joint holders shall be sufficient delivery to all such holders. 10 (3) Share certificates shall be dispatched by the Company within ten
