Termination and Severance Pay Employees who terminate their employment with the City for any reason shall have their termination pay computed in the following manner.
Termination Benefits (a) If Executive’s employment is voluntarily (in accordance with Section 2(a) of this Agreement) or involuntarily terminated within two (2) years of a Change in Control, Executive shall receive:
Termination and Post-Termination Continuation of Services If either Party provides Notice of Termination pursuant to Section 6.3 and, by 11:59 p.m. Central Time on the stated date of termination, neither Party has requested negotiation of a new Interconnection agreement, then (a) this Agreement will terminate at 11:59 p.m. Central Time on the termination date identified in the Notice of Termination, and (b) the services and functions being provided by CenturyLink under this Agreement at the time of termination, including Interconnection arrangements and the exchange of Local Traffic, may be terminated by CenturyLink unless the Parties jointly agree to other continuing arrangements.
CFR PART 200 Termination Termination for cause and for convenience by the grantee or subgrantee including the manner by which it will be effected and the basis for settlement. (All contracts in excess of $10,000) Pursuant to the above, when federal funds are expended by ESC Region 8 and TIPS Members, ESC Region 8 and TIPS Members reserves the right to terminate any agreement in excess of $10,000 resulting from this procurement process for cause after giving the vendor an appropriate opportunity and up to 30 days, to cure the causal breach of terms and conditions. ESC Region 8 and TIPS Members reserves the right to terminate any agreement in excess of $10,000 resulting from this procurement process for convenience with 30 days notice in writing to the awarded vendor. The vendor would be compensated for work performed and goods procured as of the termination date if for convenience of the ESC Region 8 and TIPS Members. Any award under this procurement process is not exclusive and the ESC Region 8 and TIPS reserves the right to purchase goods and services from other vendors when it is in the best interest of the ESC Region 8 and TIPS. Severance Termination (a) Subject to 56.7 above, indeterminate employees on 4 June 2014 shall be entitled to a severance payment equal to one (1) week's pay for each complete year of continuous employment and, in the case of a partial year of continuous employment, one (1) week's pay multiplied by the number of days of continuous employment divided by three hundred sixty-five (365), to a maximum of thirty (30) weeks.

Compensation for Convenience Termination If City shall terminate for its convenience as herein provided, City shall compensate Consulting Engineer/Architect for all Engineering/Architectural Services satisfactorily completed to date of its receipt of the termination notice and any additional Engineering/Architectural Services requested by City to bring the Project to reasonable termination. Compensation shall not include anticipatory profit or consequential damages, neither of which will be allowed.
Compensation on Termination (a) If this Project Agreement is terminated pursuant to Sections 34.3(a), 35.2(a)(ii), 36.1, 36.2 or 36.3, then:
Transition to Retirement 24.1 An Employee may advise their Employer in writing of their intention to retire within the next five years and participate in a retirement transition arrangement.
