Common use of Entitlement to Retirement Allowance Clause in Contracts

Entitlement to Retirement Allowance. A Permanent Employee who, upon retirement, has ten (10) years or more of continuous service and has attained the age of fifty-five (55) years, is eligible for retirement allowance. For the purpose of this Article continuous service means calendar years of uninterrupted employment in a permanent position with the Employer.
