ENTRANCES AND APPROACHES. Approaches to entrances and exits must be concrete construction and reinforced as architecturally designed. Where ramps are deemed necessary from the entrance or exit to the sidewalk or street level, the maximum grade permissible is 8%. Handrails must be provided along the ramps.
