Antitrust Notification If the Holder determines, in its sole judgment upon the advice of counsel, that the issuance of any Warrant Shares pursuant to the terms hereof would be subject to the provisions of the Hxxx-Xxxxx-Xxxxxx Antitrust Improvements Act of 1976, as amended (the “HSR Act”), the Company shall file as soon as practicable after the date on which the Company receives notice from the Holder of the applicability of the HSR Act and a request to so file with the United States Federal Trade Commission and the United States Department of Justice the notification and report form required to be filed by it pursuant to the HSR Act in connection with such issuance.
Employee Notification A copy of any disciplinary action or material related to employee performance which is placed in the personnel file shall be provided to the employee (the employee so noting receipt, or the supervisor noting employee refusal to acknowledge receipt) or sent by certified mail (return receipt requested) to the employee's last address appearing on the Employer's records.
REPORTING - NOTIFICATION A. Quarterly Reports In addition to any reports required pursuant to §19 or pursuant to any exhibit, for any contract having a term longer than 3 months, Local Agency shall submit, on a quarterly basis, a written report specifying progress made for each specified performance measure and standard in this Agreement. Such progress report shall be in accordance with the procedures developed and prescribed by the State. Progress reports shall be submitted to the State not later than five (5) Business Days following the end of each calendar quarter or at such time as otherwise specified by the State.

Union Notification The Union shall be notified of all appointments, hirings, layoffs, transfers, recalls and terminations of employment.

Neither the Plan nor the Award Agreement has been approved, nor do they need to be approved, by the National Bank of Kazakhstan. Written Notification Failing settlement at this level, the Union shall in writing notify the Employer of the alleged discrepancy and the names of the employees involved, and the period of time that such discrepancy is claimed to cover. Upon receipt of such written notice, the Employer agrees to promptly furnish the representative of the Union wage data pertaining to the alleged wage discrepancy.
NOTIFICATION TO STATE AND FEDERAL AGENCIES Copies of this document will be provided to other state and federal agencies as a means of notifying them of this approval.
TELEPHONE NOTIFICATION CONTRACTOR shall notify ADMINISTRATOR by 29 telephone immediately upon becoming aware of the death due to non-terminal illness of any person 30 served pursuant to this Agreement; provided, however, weekends and holidays shall not be included for 31 purposes of computing the time within which to give telephone notice and, notwithstanding the time 32 limit herein specified, notice need only be given during normal business hours.
Labor Law Acknowledgement The following provision supplements Section 6 and 7 of the Agreement: In accepting the Award of RSUs pursuant to this Agreement, you acknowledge that the RSUs are being granted ex gratia to you with the purpose of rewarding you.
