Entrepreneurship Hosting Events. For a period of at least five years, the GSB, at no cost to City, will host two educational/networking events per year in Redwood City targeted to local entrepreneurs (“Entrepreneurship Hosting Events”). Each event will include a speaker and an opportunity for participants to engage in networking. The agenda and location for each event will be determined by the GSB after consultation with the City Manager or his or her designee. Example speakers and topics may include a Stanford faculty member speaking on issues such as leadership or managing change, a venture capitalist speaking on investment in Silicon Valley companies, and/or a Redwood City leader addressing issues particular to local businesses.

  • Commercial Opportunities 1. The airlines of each Party shall have the right to establish offices in the territory of the other Party for the promotion and sale of air transportation.

Each Unit of Add- Ons must match the Support Level (Standard and/or Premium), Unit of Measure and capacity as the underlying Red Hat Enterprise Linux Unit. The Add-Ons include: High Availability, Load Balancer, Resilient Storage, Scalable File System, Smart Management, Extended Update Support, Extended Life Cycle Support and High Performance Network.

  • CONDITIONS FOR EMERGENCY/HURRICANE OR DISASTER - TERM CONTRACTS It is hereby made a part of this Invitation for Bids that before, during and after a public emergency, disaster, hurricane, flood, or other acts of God that Orange County shall require a “first priority” basis for goods and services. It is vital and imperative that the majority of citizens are protected from any emergency situation which threatens public health and safety, as determined by the County. Contractor agrees to rent/sell/lease all goods and services to the County or other governmental entities as opposed to a private citizen, on a first priority basis. The County expects to pay contractual prices for all goods or services required during an emergency situation. Contractor shall furnish a twenty-four (24) hour phone number in the event of such an emergency.

  • Foreign-Owned Companies in Connection with Critical Infrastructure If Texas Government Code, Section 2274.0102(a)(1) (relating to prohibition on contracts with certain foreign-owned companies in connection with critical infrastructure) is applicable to this Contract, pursuant to Government Code Section 2274.0102, Contractor certifies that neither it nor its parent company, nor any affiliate of Contractor or its parent company, is: (1) majority owned or controlled by citizens or governmental entities of China, Iran, North Korea, Russia, or any other country designated by the Governor under Government Code Section 2274.0103, or (2) headquartered in any of those countries.

  • Local Health Integration Networks and Restructuring In the event of a health service integration with another service provider the Employer and the Union agree to meet.

  • Transition from Existing Evaluation System A) The parties may agree that 50% of more of Educators in the district will be evaluated under the new procedures at the outset of this Agreement, and 50% or fewer will be evaluated under the former evaluation procedures for the first year of implementation of the new procedures in this Agreement.

  • Traffic Management The Customer will not utilize the Services in a manner which, in the view of the Centre Operator, significantly distorts traffic balance on the Centre Operator’s circuits which are shared with other users. If, in the reasonable view of the Centre Operator, the Customer’s traffic patterns cause or may cause such distortion, the Customer should have a dedicated circuit capability. If the Customer declines to do so then the Centre Operator may suspend the Services while the matter is being resolved. If there is no resolution within 5 business days then either party may terminate the Agreement.
