Entry by Licensor. Licensor and its agents and employees shall have the right to enter the Premises at all reasonable times and during normal business hours, to examine the same, to make such maintenance and repairs of the Premises and such maintenance, repairs, alterations, decorations, additions, and improvements to other portions of the Premises as Licensor requires.
Entry by Licensor. Licensor, its employees, officers, agents, and representatives, shall have the right at all times to enter any part of the Premises.
Entry by Licensor. Licensor and its agents shall have the right to enter the Premises for any business purpose, including to inspect the same or to make repairs or alterations to the Building or the Premises and to show the space to prospective tenants. Licensee shall not alter any lock or install a new or additional lock on any door of the Premises without the prior written consent of the Licensor.
Entry by Licensor. Licensor and/or its employees, officers, agents, and representatives, shall have the right at all times to enter any part of the Pool and the Building.
Entry by Licensor. To permit the Licensor to enter the Licensed Premises at any reasonable time after delivering two (2) Business Days prior written notice to the Licensee’s designated representative, for the purpose of inspecting the Licensed Premises and making permitted repairs to the Licensed Premises.
Entry by Licensor. Within thirty (30) days following the expiration or earlier termination of this License, or any time prior thereto, Licensor may enter upon the Licensed Premises to remove Licensees’ property. Upon agreement of the parties, Licensees may abandon all or part of their property improvements made in place. If any of Licensees’ personal property remains on the Licensed Premises more than thirty (30) days after the expiration or earlier termination of this License without a written agreement between the parties, said property shall be deemed abandoned and may be retained by Licensor without any compensation to Licensees, or said property may be removed. If Licensees do not cease to use the Licensed Premises upon expiration or earlier termination of this License, Licensor may enter upon the Licensed Premises or any part thereof to secure the Premises so as to exclude the Licensees and their agents and/or invitees. This remedy shall be without prejudice to any other remedies that Licensor may have for breach of this License by Licensees.
Entry by Licensor. Licensor may, with advance written notice, enter the Licensed Premises during the hours of 9 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday, at any time to (i) inspect the same, (ii) exhibit the same to prospective purchasers, mortgagees or licensees, (iii) determine whether Licensee is complying with all of its obligations under this License Agreement, (iv) make repairs or improvements in or to the Licensed Premises and (v) as required in Section 5(b) of this License Agreement. Licensor may enter the Licensed Premises, at its sole risk, at any time during an emergency in order to prevent damage to the Licensed Premises.
Entry by Licensor. 16.1 The Licensor may enter upon the Berth at all times to ensure compliance by the Licensee with this document.
Entry by Licensor. Licensor shall have the right to enter on the Premises (a) at reasonable times in connection with Licensor’s duties under this License, (b) within the period beginning thirty (30) days prior to the Ending Date to show the Premises to prospective future residents, or (c) in the event that Licensor wishes to sell the Premises, after Licensor provides written notice to Licensee of such proposed sale; provided, however, that Licensor shall give Licensee notice not less than twenty-four (24) hours in advance of Licensor’s entry on the Premises except in cases of emergency.
Entry by Licensor. Licensor shall have the right to enter the Child Care Improvements with reasonable verbal or written notice at any time to (a) inspect the Child Care Improvements, (b) exhibit the Child Care Improvements to prospective purchasers, lenders or licensees, (c) determine whether Licensee is performing all of Licensee’s obligations, (d) supply any services to be provided by Licensor, (e) post notices of non-responsibility, and (f) make any repairs to the Child Care Improvements, or make any repairs to any adjoining space or utility services, or make any repairs, alterations or improvements to any other portion of the Building. Licensee waives all claims for damages for any injury or inconvenience to or interference with Licensee’s business, any loss of occupancy or quiet enjoyment of the Child Care Improvements or any other loss occasioned by such entry. Licensor shall at all times have a key to unlock all doors in or to the Child Care Improvements (excluding Licensee’s safes, vaults and similar security areas designated in a written notice delivered by Licensee to Licensor) and Licensor shall have the right to use any and all means P A R T N E R I N G W I T H A P R O V I D E R — L E A S E & S E R V I C E A G R E E M E N T E X A M P L E which Licensor may deem proper to open such doors in an emergency to obtain entry to the Child Care Improvements. Any entry to the Child Care Improvements obtained by Licensor by any of such means shall not under any circumstances be construed or deemed to be a violation of this License, or a forcible or unlawful entry into or a detainer of the Child Care Improvements or an eviction, actual or constructive, of Licensee from the Child Care Improvements or any portion thereof.
