Common use of Entry by the Public Clause in Contracts

Entry by the Public. The Licensee must allow the public to have right of access over that part of the Premises as specified in Column 2 of Item 20, of Schedule 1 and any such part of the Premises shall be suitably signposted. Otherwise the Licensee may prohibit unauthorised entry to the remainder of the Premises. If required by the Licensor plans showing the areas where public access is authorised and unauthorised shall be displayed in a prominent location at the entrance to the Premises.
