Entry Fees for Optional Competitions. If your dancer would like to attend a competition other than our three mandatory competitions please contact an administrative assistant AND the Director at least three months before the event date. The standard competition entry fees and admin fees will be applicable, as well as the possible required convention fees and observer fees. (These extra fees are often why PacWest does not attend certain competitions. When selecting an optional competition please read through their website fully so you are prepared for any extra fees.) An additional administrative fee of $50 will be applied to your invoice if registration is done through PacWest. Performing Company choreographers are not required to attend optional competitions.

In the event that funds are not appropriated for this Contract, then this Contract shall terminate as of June 30 of the last fiscal year for which funds were appropriated.
