Landlord and its authorized representatives shall have the right to enter upon the Premises with reasonable notice (but in no event shall more than twenty-four (24) hours notice be required) to determine Tenant’s compliance with this Lease, to make necessary repairs to the Building or the Premises, or to show the Premises or the Building to any prospective tenant or purchasers. Landlord may place and maintain upon the Building and/or Premises notices for leasing or sale of the Building and/or the Premises. Landlord may enter upon the Premises without notice by any means necessary in the case of an emergency.
