Common use of Entry for Non-Emergency Clause in Contracts

Entry for Non-Emergency. Where an emergency does not exist, the Inspection Representative, and with the approval of the Mutual, the employees of any contractor, utility company, municipal agency or others, shall enter the Qualifying Resident's Unit only if: (a) the Qualifying Resident consents; or (b) the Board of Directors gives the Qualifying Resident notice, pursuant to California law, that access is required for a reasonable purpose.
