Common use of Entry into force and duration of the agreement Clause in Contracts

Entry into force and duration of the agreement. 4.1 The effectiveness of the present Agreement is subject to the following conditions precedent: the signature of the forms per Annex B to the present Agreement and the consequent acceptance by Snam Rete Gas in accordance with Article 6.4 of the Terms; and the presentation, by the PSV TRADER, of the financial guarantees per Paragraph 1.4, Chapter 5, of the Network Code in compliance with the terms prescribed therein.
