Entry into Force, Termination and Amendment. 1. This Agreement, including its Annexes, shall enter into force on the first day of the second month following the date on which the Parties have exchanged diplomatic notes confirming the completion of their respective procedures for entry into force of this Agreement.

Entry into Force, Termination and Amendment. 1.
