Common use of ENTRY INTO LEASED PREMISES Clause in Contracts

ENTRY INTO LEASED PREMISES. Landlord (including its agents, contractors and other representatives), upon advance notice to Tenant, shall have the right to enter the Leased Premises at all reasonable times to inspect and examine the Leased Premises and to make alterations necessary for the preservation thereof. Prior notice shall not be required in the case of an emergency or imminent injury or damage.
