Common use of Entry on Register Clause in Contracts

Entry on Register. Upon any issue of Units, the name of the subscriber or other person entitled thereto shall be promptly entered on the Register as the owner of the number of Units issued to such subscriber or other person, or if the subscriber is already a Unitholder, the Register shall be amended to include his additional Units.

Entry on Register. Upon any issue of Units, the name of the subscriber Subscriber to whom the Units have been issued or other person entitled thereto such name as the Subscriber may direct shall be promptly entered on the Register as the owner holder of the number of Units issued to such subscriber or other personso issued, or if the subscriber Subscriber is already a Unitholder, the Register shall be amended to include his the Unitholder’s additional Units.
