Entry on Register. Upon any issue of Units, the name of the subscriber or other person entitled thereto shall be promptly entered on the Register as the owner of the number of Units issued to such subscriber or other person, or if the subscriber is already a Unitholder, the Register shall be amended to include his additional Units.
