Common use of Enumeration Clause in Contracts

Enumeration. Except as otherwise provided herein, the Board may appoint one or more officers of the Company (each an “Officer” and, collectively, the “Officers”), which shall consist of a Chief Executive Officer and President, and a Treasurer and a Secretary, and which may consist of such other Officers, including a Chairman of the Board, Chief Operating Officer, one or more Vice Presidents, Assistant Treasurers and Assistant Secretaries, as the Board may determine. If authorized by a resolution of the Board, the Chief Executive Officer may be empowered to appoint from time to time Assistant Secretaries and Assistant Treasurers.
