Review and Implementation. 1. The Joint Committee shall review the implementation of this Chapter every two years, unless otherwise agreed by the Parties; it shall consider any issue arising from it, and take appropriate action in the exercise of its functions.

After a declaration is made, the President shall submit a draft plan to AAP that will include tentative eliminations, reductions, or reassignments of program faculty and permit AAP to submit comments and recommendations to his/her office by no later than fifteen (15) days after receipt of the draft plan. The draft plan should contain the number of faculty to be terminated or reassigned by department, academic discipline, program, degree, and any other relevant supporting information including financial information informing the situation.

The parties shall review the implementation of this Annex every two years, unless otherwise agreed by the Parties; it shall consider any issue arising from it, and take appropriate action in the exercise of its functions. It shall, in particular make appropriate recommendations regarding the cooperation between the Parties and adopt decisions where provided for under this Annex.
Review and Implementation. 13.1. Each year, at a time and place of their choosing, the Chief and Council of Qalipu and the CEO of Marathon shall meet to review the operation of this Agreement and discuss any issues associated with its implementation.
