Common use of Environment Division Clause in Contracts

Environment Division. Under the functional control of the Ministry of Agriculture and Livestock, this Division shall be responsible for preventing and combating crimes and misdemeanours against the environment. The Chief of the Environment Division shall be appointed by the Director-General of the National Civil Police with the prior approval of the Minister of Agriculture and Livestock.
