Common use of Environmental and Social Assessment and Mitigation Measures Clause in Contracts

Environmental and Social Assessment and Mitigation Measures. (a) The Recipient shall, not later than six (6) months following the Effective Date, or such later date as the Association shall determine, carry out a comprehensive environmental and social assessment of the activities carried out or to be carried out under the Project, in form and substance acceptable to the Association, and shall furnish said assessment for review and comments to the Association no later than seven (7) months following the Effective Date.
