Environmental and Social Safeguards i. The Supplier must comply with its obligations, if any, under the SPREP Environmental and Social Management System (ESMS). SPREP will ensure that the Supplier has access to these policy prior to execution of the Agree- ment, and the Supplier may make enquiries of SPREP around the application of, or updates to, the policy at any time during the Agreement period.
