Common use of Environmental Hazardous Materials Clause in Contracts

Environmental Hazardous Materials. Except as described on the Disclosure Schedule, there is not and has not been any Environmental Hazardous Materials used, generated, treated, stored, transported, disposed of, handled or otherwise existing on, under or about the Real Property, except for quantities of any such Environmental Hazardous Materials stored or otherwise held on, under or about the Real Property in substantial compliance with all Environmental Laws and intended to be used in the operation of the business of GPP or an Affiliate.

Environmental Hazardous Materials. Except as described on the Disclosure Schedule, there is not and and, since May 22, 1996, there has not been any Environmental Hazardous Materials used, generated, treated, stored, transported, disposed of, handled or otherwise existing on, under or about the Real Property, except for quantities of any such Environmental Hazardous Materials stored or otherwise held on, under or about the Real Property in substantial material compliance with all Environmental Laws and intended to be used in the operation of the business of GPP or an AffiliateBusiness.
