Notice of Discovery. Contractor shall provide prompt written notice to Owner of any suspected Hazardous Materials that Contractor finds during performance of the Work not previously identified by Owner to Contractor. Owner shall be responsible for any further action required after the discovery. To the extent any such action causes an increase in Contractor's costs or a delay in the performance of the Work, Contractor shall be entitled to a Change Order pursuant to Article 9.

Notice of Discovery. 13.1. The Contractor has the obligation of communicate MEM about any Discovery that is confirmed. Within the thirty (30) calendar Days following to the confirmation of a Discovery the Contractor shall notify MEM and send: (i) preliminary information related to the Discovery, 13.2. The preliminary criteria regarding the convenience to perform evaluation activities of said Discovery, according to the applicable legislation.

(b) Additionally, within 30 days of the Notice of Discovery the Contractor shall submit a technical report containing the results and analyses of the tests carried out or the samples taken, a description of the geological aspects, as well as the analyses carried out on the fluids and rocks obtained, subject to any technical standards issued by the Minister or the Minister’s designee. If the Discovery is of Non- Associated Natural Gas or Heavy or Extra Heavy Liquid Hydrocarbons, the Contractor must also make available to the Minister the calculations and additional supporting information submitted for purposes of classification. Unless otherwise agreed with the Minister, if the Contractor does not comply with its obligation to deliver the technical report within the term and under the terms set forth in this Article, it shall lose all rights over the Reservoirs contained in the structure or geological trap containing the respective Discovery. The termination of rights under this Article shall be subject to notice and remedy provisions of Article 45.3.

Notice of Discovery. At any time within four Months of finishing the drilling of the Exploration Well whose results indicate that there has been a Discovery, THE CONTRACTOR will so advise ANH in xxiting, attaching its technical report with the results of tests made, the description of geological aspects and the analysis of fluids and rocks in the form indicated by the Ministry of Mines and Energy or the authority that takes its place. Paragraph: if the Discovery is of Non-Associated Natural Gas or Heavy Liquid Hydrocarbons, THE CONTRACTOR will also deliver calculations and other supporting information presented to the Ministry of Mines and Energy for classification purposes.
Notice of Discovery. Any Discovery in the Agreement Area must be formally notified by the Operator to the other Consortium Members and ANP within a maximum period of 72 (seventy-two) hours. The notification shall be accompanied by all the relevant data and information available.
