Common use of Environmental Inspection Clause in Contracts

Environmental Inspection. The County reserves the right, at any time, and from time to time, after notice to Licensee, to inspect the Combined-Maintenance Area and Ready Return Spaces and Licensee’s operations on and use of the Combined-Maintenance Area and Ready Return Spaces: (i) for the presence of and/or Licensee's management of Hazardous Substances; (ii) for compliance with Environmental Laws or the environmental provisions of this Agreement and (iii) to facilitate the County’s environmental management, permitting and analysis related to the Operating Area or any other property of the County.
