Environmental Liability Insurance. Environmental liability insurance coverage, on an occurrence or claims made basis, with annual limits of not less than $1,000,000 per claim and in the aggregate, including liability arising out of transportation and non-owned disposal sites. The policy shall have a five-year extended reporting period and cover claims made on and prior to the completion and claims made after final acceptance, but within the extended reporting period. The required limits can be satisfied by any combination of primary, umbrella, or excess policy.
