Insurance Required by the Project. Section 10.1.1 The Design-Builder will be required to maintain the following types of insurance throughout the life of the Project unless otherwise indicated below. In the event that a claim for or related to the Project is made on any such policy or any other policy, the Design- Builder shall be responsible for the payment of any applicable deductible and shall not be entitled to an increase in the GMP for the costs of paying such deductible.

General Liability: $1,000,000 each Occurrence/Aggregate Automobile Liability: $300,000 Includes owned, hired & non‐owned Workers' Compensation: Statutory limits for the jurisdiction in which the Vendor performs under this Agreement. If Vendor performs in multiple jurisdictions, Vendor shall maintain the statutory limits for the jurisdiction with the greatest dollar policy limit requirement.   • Other Insurance Requirements (a) Thirty (30) days’ advance written notice shall be provided to the City of cancellation, intended non-renewal, or reduction in coverages, except for non-payment for which no less than ten (10) days’ notice shall be provided to City. Notices shall be sent to the City address set forth in Section 11.1 entitled “Notices to the Parties.”
