Common use of Environmental Requirements Clause in Contracts

Environmental Requirements. The Supplier shall, when working on the Premises, perform its obligations under the Contract in accordance with the Authority’s environmental policy, which is to conserve energy, water, wood, paper and other resources, reduce waste and phase out the use of ozone depleting substances and minimise the release of greenhouse gases, volatile organic compounds and other substances damaging to health and the environment.

Environmental Requirements. The Supplier shall, when working on the Premises, perform its obligations under the Contract in accordance with the Authority’s Customer's environmental policy, which is to conserve energy, water, wood, paper and other resources, reduce waste and phase out the use of ozone depleting substances and minimise the release of greenhouse gases, volatile organic compounds and other substances damaging to health and the environment.

Environmental Requirements. The Supplier shall, when working on the Premises, perform its obligations under the this Call Off Contract in accordance with the Authority’s Customer's environmental policy, policy which is to conserve energy, water, wood, paper and other resources, reduce waste and phase out the use of ozone depleting substances and minimise the release of greenhouse gases, volatile organic compounds and other substances damaging to health and the environment. The Customer shall provide a copy of its written environmental policy (if any) to the Supplier upon the Supplier’s written request.

The Supplier Provider shall, when working on the Premises, perform its obligations under the Contract in accordance with the AuthorityCustomer’s environmental policy, which is to conserve energy, water, wood, paper and other resources, reduce waste and phase out the use of ozone depleting substances and minimise the release of greenhouse gases, volatile organic compounds and other substances damaging to health and the environment.

The Supplier shall, when working on the Premises, perform its obligations under the this Call Off Contract in accordance with the Authority’s Customer's environmental policy, which is to conserve energy, water, wood, paper and other resources, reduce waste and phase out the use of ozone depleting substances and minimise the release of greenhouse gases, volatile organic compounds and other substances damaging to health and the environment. The Customer shall provide a copy of its written environmental policy (if any) to the Supplier upon the Supplier’s written request.

Environmental Requirements. 33.1 The Supplier shall, when working on the Premises, perform its obligations under the Contract in accordance with the Authority’s Customer's environmental policy, which is to conserve energy, water, wood, paper paper, and other resources, reduce waste and phase out the use of ozone depleting substances and minimise the release of greenhouse gases, volatile organic compounds and other substances damaging to health and the environment.

Environmental Requirements. 21.1 The Supplier shall, when working on the Premises, perform its obligations under the this Contract in accordance with the Authority’s Contracting Body's environmental policy, which is to conserve energy, water, wood, paper and other resources, reduce waste and phase out the use of ozone depleting substances and minimise the release of greenhouse gases, volatile organic compounds and other substances damaging to health and the environment.

Environmental Requirements. The Supplier shall, when working on the Customer's Premises, perform its obligations under the this Contract in accordance with the Authority’s Customer's environmental policy, which is to conserve energy, water, wood, paper and other resources, reduce waste and phase out the use of ozone depleting substances and minimise the release of greenhouse gases, volatile organic compounds and other substances damaging to health and the environment.

Environmental Requirements. 32.1 The Supplier shall, when working on the Premises, perform its obligations under the Contract in accordance with the AuthorityCustomer’s environmental policy, which is to conserve energy, water, wood, paper and other resources, reduce waste and phase out the use of ozone depleting substances and minimise the release of greenhouse gases, volatile organic compounds and other substances damaging to health and the environment.

Environmental Requirements. The 42.1 Where relevant, the Supplier shall, when working on the PremisesPremises and Sites, perform its obligations under the Contract this Agreement in accordance with the Authority’s 's environmental policy, which is to conserve energy, water, wood, paper and other resources, reduce waste and phase out the use of ozone depleting substances and minimise the release of greenhouse gases, volatile organic compounds and other substances damaging to health and the environment.

Environmental Requirements. ‌ The Supplier shall, when working on the Premises, shall perform its obligations under the Contract in accordance a manner consistent with the Authority’s Customer's environmental policy, which is to conserve policy concerning the conservation of energy, water, wood, paper and other resources, reduce reducing waste and phase phasing out the use of ozone depleting substances and minimise minimising the release of greenhouse gases, volatile organic compounds and other substances damaging to health and the environmentenvironment (as such policies are notified to the Supplier from time to time).

Environmental Requirements. 26.1 The Supplier shall, when working on the Premises, shall perform its obligations under the Contract in accordance with the AuthorityCouncil’s environmental policy, which is to conserve energy, water, wood, paper and other resources, reduce waste and phase out the use of ozone depleting substances and minimise the release of greenhouse gases, volatile organic compounds and other substances damaging to health and the environment.

The Supplier shall, when working on the Premises, perform its obligations under the this Call Off Contract in accordance with the Authority’s Customer's environmental policy, which is to conserve energy, water, wood, paper and other resources, reduce waste and phase out the use of ozone depleting substances and minimise the release of greenhouse gases, volatile organic compounds and other substances damaging to health and the environment.

The Supplier shall, when working on the Customer Premises, perform its obligations under the Contract in accordance with the Authority’s Customer's environmental policy, which is to conserve energy, water, wood, paper and other resources, reduce waste and phase out the use of ozone depleting substances and minimise the release of greenhouse gases, volatile organic compounds and other substances damaging to health and the environment.

The Supplier shall, when working on the Premises, perform its obligations under the this Call Off Contract in accordance with the Authority’s Customer's environmental policy, policy which is to conserve energy, water, wood, paper and other resources, reduce waste and phase out the use of ozone depleting substances and minimise the release of greenhouse gases, volatile organic compounds and other substances damaging to health and the environment. 43.2. The Customer shall provide a copy of its written environmental policy (if any) to the Supplier upon the Supplier’s written request.

Environmental Requirements. The Supplier shall, when working on the Premises, perform its obligations under the this Contract in accordance with the Authority’s Customer's environmental policy, which is to conserve energy, water, wood, paper and other resources, reduce waste and phase out the use of ozone depleting substances and minimise the release of greenhouse gases, volatile organic compounds and other substances damaging to health and the environment.

The Supplier shall, when working on the Premises, perform its obligations under the this Call Off Contract in accordance with the Authority’s Customer's environmental policy, which is to conserve energy, water, wood, paper and other resources, reduce waste and phase out the use of ozone depleting substances and minimise the release of greenhouse gases, volatile organic compounds and other substances damaging to health and the environment. 36.2. The Customer shall provide a copy of its written environmental policy (if any) to the Supplier upon the Supplier’s written request.
