Environmental Stewardship. Tenant shall support the County’s Environmental Compliance and Stewardship program through participation in various efforts or implementation of Airport plans listed below as applicable, and through complying with Airport Tenant Guidelines. County shall provide Tenant advance notice of any proposed changes to the following plans that may affect Tenant operations: A. Air Quality Improvement Plan (AQIP) and Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the South Coast Air Quality Management District (SCAQMD). B. Climate Action Plan. C. Waste Management Plan.
